Jewelry Care

CARE FOR YOUR JEWELS Plating is sensitive to moisture. Refrain from spraying perfume once the jewelry is worn. Avoid contact with liquids. For best care, try and store the jewelry in the packaging provided at the time of purchase. POLISHING AND PLATING SERVICES We offer polishing and plating services for items purchased from ME by MEgha. These services  are chargeable. Email us at contact@mebymegha.in or care@mebymegha.com to discuss this matter so we can serve you better. ORDERS IN PRECIOUS AND SEMI PRECIOUS METALS Ready to buy is available in only brass. However, if a customer does wish to purchase any one of our designs in precious or semi – precious metals we can easily do so. Feel free to contact us for orders.

Shipping & Delivery

Courier and handling charges are an additional Rs.99/- per order. For all orders above Rs.5000/- enjoy free shipping. At this time we only ship to India addresses across all major cities. Once you place an order it would take 7-10 working days to deliver the product depending on the location. We will email you the Tracking details for the package.

Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them in exactly the way in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging and the tag) must not be tampered with. 1. Please inform us within 1 days of receipt of order. You must email contact@mebymegha.in or care@mebymegha.com to notify us.  2. You are required to send us a photograph of the product, then it is up to the discretion of our QC team to decide whether product is approved for return. 3. Once we have received your e-mail and our Quality Control team has authorized the return for the damaged/incorrect product , we will arrange for a collection of the product. 4. Once we receive the damaged or incorrect product, we shall dispatch the fresh or correct product.

Tracking your Order

We will email the tracking details as soon as the product is ready for shipping.

Cancellation Policy

Order once placed can only be canceled within 12 hours from placing the order, you can write to our customer support team on contact@mebymegha.in or care@mebymegha.com or whatsapp or call us on +91 9029229289. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request.
